Me Brice Van Erps joined the law firm Schmidt & Associés in January 2025, bringing with him vast legal and judicial experience gained at the Geneva Bar, where he has been a lawyer since 2015.

Specialized in criminal law, Mr. Brice Van Erps supports and counsels both victims and defendants. Additionally, he has solid expertise in international mutual assistance in criminal matters.

Mr. Brice Van Erps possesses rich experience before civil courts, where he practices tenancy law, labor law, and family law.

His Broad proficiency in immigration law enables him to advise and assist individuals in procedures related to residence permits, naturalization, and asylum law.

Mr. Brice Van Erps is a member of the Swiss Bar Association and the Geneva Bar Association, where he has been actively involved in the Human Rights Commission as well as the Children’s Rights Commission for over a decade.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, Mr. Brice Van Erps teaches law at the SCHULZ Business School in Geneva and is a member of various associations, including the Mouvement Populaire des Familles, les Amis de la nature and Association Interstices.

A native speaker of both French and Dutch, Mr. Brice Van Erps is also proficient in English and German.
